I set the system log on process without entering password. Once the system starts and finder and dock appears, mouse and keyboard functions do not run on the desktop. Iatkos seems to activate them after 10-15 minutes. What do you think is the reason for this problem?

you can try to go /System/Library/Extensions and delete AppleHpet kext
 
Why not try using retail ? It's better than some distros
 
perhaps the PS2 kext does not work properly
