Hello, How to solve this problem. I installed 10.10.5 on my Intel PC and worked nicely. after unfortunately shutdown because of power failure it's not boot. on -v -x mode i collect this screen short.

Try booting into your Recovery HD partition / installation USB, then use Disk Utility to verify the disk.
